Q: How come there are no prices on your webpage?
A: We do not wish to generalize anyone's flowers because every person has their own creative flare and we want to make it to your desires. e.g. Add a 'Hello Kitty, Extra Large, 15 Roses for 15th Anniversary, etc.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Click on the 'Place an Order' page, and fill out the information. Once filled out, one of our 'Master Florists' will call you to verify your order and take down any further information or instructions needed.
Q: Are your flowers fresh?
A: Yes, we do not sell old wilted flowers, we only use the freshest flowers in our inventory. If you come in, you will notice a lot of display flowers. These are what we use our older flowers for.
Q: If I place an order today and need to pick it up 2 days from now, won't they get old?
A: No, we make your orders fresh! We do not make orders until one and a half hours before your pick/delivery time. Making them the freshest and newest flowers possible. We do not like making them immediately and having them sit for 2 days like other stores.
Q: Are your really that good?
A: Of course! Not only do we make them fresh, as stated above, we are currently known to have one of the largest, extravagant, and unique bouquets for one of the lowest prices in the surrounding areas.
Q: I need my flowers immediately, how fast can you do them?
A: Quality and speed is our specialty. We can finish a full Hong Kong Dozen roses in approximately an hour, usually sooner! So while your coming home from work, do not hesitate to call in your order. By the time your back in the area, it will be done and ready for pickup.
Q: Why do I have to give my credit card information when I make a phone order?
A: This is strictly for security reasons, privacy is the number one concern for us. We would never ever think about selling, giving, or trading your information out to anyone. We just require it to ensure a smooth transaction, then after the pickup we can either charge the card given or you can pay with cash and we will shred the information immediately.
Q: What is this 'On-Call Ordering'?
A: 'On-Call Ordering' is a new way of making life easier on you. We take your orders beyond our store hours. So seeing as we close at 6 p.m. Sundays, if you needed flowers for any reason at 10 p.m. Sunday, all you have to do is give us a call at 626-288-8809. From there we can take your orders, minimum order is $40.
